India is replete with rich and varied cultures and traditions that risk being lost to future generations due to a lack of awareness about them. Navam believes that modern-day technology and media is the key to preserving these cultures and ensuring that the whole world is witness to them. We intend to achieve this through our Media-on-a-Bike program, which takes media literacy to children and communities throughout the country.

Navam’s media program and its objectives are condensed into a mobile format through this program. By teaching skills like photography, filmmaking and story-writing, we can equip children with the tools necessary to document their surroundings and their everyday lives and showcase them to the entire world to see.
